I joined roller derby! It’s super funny and very physical. I’ve already lost 10 pounds and am really toning up. This is way better for me then trying to exercise on my own.

So I started once or twice….
But now I’m not working out at all and I think eating more sweets then I ever have! Why am I so lazy?
It makes me so sad. My nice six pack is now one very large pudgy bump.
