In the last 5 days I’ve been eating 1400-1500 calories and lost 3.5 pounds. I’m not hungry and I don’t even think about binging.
I ate pizza at 2:30 am (after Israel Independence Day) and lost some weight on the next day – weird.

So, I decided to give myself 5 months for this challenge and I know I can do it this time :)
Today I realized I’ve been doing everything in the wrong way.
I always want fast results but my diets lead to NO results. I wasted the last 4 months! If I was on a “slower” diet I could lose up to 20 pounds! But instead, I’m at the same weight.
I’m starting a new diet with 1350-1400 calories, it’s going to be more like a new lifestyle than a diet. And I’ll keep exercising :)
I want a permanent weight loss.

I’m trying to work out more :) and soon I’ll buy dumbbells. And I drink more water and green tea (or Apple flavored caffeine free tea).
In September I want to be slim and fit (and 132 pounds!). I know that now I must do all I can to achieve this goal. This is something I want since 2006, I’ve been waiting for far too long. It’s time to kick ass.
I’m still motivated which is great. But I feel that I don’t try hard enough. Some things I need to do:
- Cut down some of the sugar (I ate 350 calories of gummi bears today…like…WHAT WAS I THINKING?!)
- Drink more green tea/water and less diet coke.
- MORE VEGETABLES.
In 07-08 I lost 40 pounds but after a period of time in which I forgot about my diet (because of school and holidays) I gained 10 pounds back. Now I’m ready to lose the extra 30.
