have a great autumn to follow the summer

Celbrated my granddaughter’s christening last Sunday. It was good to see the family. The weather was crisp and cool. Made me think of all the autumns before and how much I have to be grateful for. The cooler weather for me means more time indoors, and I look forward to baking again.

I just returned from visiting my son. He lives upstate NY. The weather was just beautiful and we had a nice visit. The leaves have not yet turned, but it was nice to be outside and enjoying the slower pace(I live in NYC). So far autumn is getting off to a good start with keeping family close. Next month is my grand daughter’s christening; I am looking forward to it.

Thanks for the invite. Summer went so fast, there are always things I never get to. Looking forward to visiting my son, my granddaughter’s christening and just enjoying the cooler weather. Time to take out the bike, start losing weight and making plans for a great autumn.
