learn something new everyday

maybe i lied when i said i wanted to learn something new everyday. i learned something today that is pretty darn disgusting. sadly, it’s one of those things that will stay with me forever. ugh.

my husband is pretty handy around the house these days. he’s currently converting a walk in closet to a shower stall. a nice one at that. everyday i’m around him, i learn something new. i now know what things like a reciprocating saw is for. scary.

i learned that drivers in my town are really quite painfully dumb. okay, so i already knew that, but i hadn’t commented on it yet.

that trying to watch episodes i missed of my boys is impossible on tbs.com. who knows why they can’t put the episodes in any sort of chronological order. so i give up. maybe i can check youtube.

that i really have no control over some things. stuff happens, you deal, and then you move on. it’s just another part of life.
