watch less tv

Cold turkey is the best policy, I thought: either to throw out my tv, or to cancel my cable service all together. I chose the latter, so that I could still watch “Lost.” Haha…

I just wanted to have control over the programs that I want to watch rather than exercising my thumb all day on remote control.

If there are some good cable tv programs that I want to watch, I just borrow them from netflix. Other than that, most of the time my tv is off.

I feel free! ^_

And I started running more!

Now I only have the very basic channels and my TV is off most of the time. Finally some peace!
