Update

Ive been slacking for the past weeks.
but i havent gained any of the weight back
so thats good.
I checked in the scale
and i have lost in total 23 pounds.
I have to get my inspiration back.

Day 37

Havent been on here for a while.
But yea so far i have lost 21 pounds.
I joined a gym on saturday!
I went yesterday for an hour.
Also Im going today for an hour.
Im trying to do very good this week!
Im going to weigh myself on Saturday morning.
I want to lose about 5 pounds till then.
Hope everyone is having a good week.



Day 28

I cant believe i have been dieting
for almost a month now.
I have never been committed
to a diet for that long.
Im actually starting to
believe I can do this!
Today i did really good!
Im weighing myself in tomorrow.
To see the progress.



Day 27

I ate about 800 calories today
which is pretty good.
I also did some wii fit
for like 25 minutes.
Tomorrow im going to try to do
45 minutes. Also im going to see how much
I weight in the morning.

Day 24, 25 & 26

Wednesday i did awesome!
Thurday and today i did average.
But yea so far i have lost 16 pounds.
Im hoping to lose 4 more by Monday or Tuesday.
This weekend i am going to try my best to do really good.
Also next week im going to go sign up for a gym.
But for now im going to start using my Wii Fit.
Im going to try to do it tomorrow Morning.
Well see how that goes.

Day 23

Today was okay
Not great or bad.
Right now im trying to drink alot of water
But its not really working out lol.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
i need to do really good tomorrow.



Day 22

So today i think i did pretty good
I ate alot of fruit
then i went to my friends house
And ate rice , egg, and beans
and thats it.
Well see if i did good on the scale tomorrow morning.
My schedule nowadays is BUSY.
7:20am – 2:11pm Regular school
then i have Nigh shool
4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
I feel like i have no time at all
So im not really overeating nowadays
which is good.

Day 20 & 21

Yesterday i went to the movies
and i was soooooooooooo tempted
to eat my friends popcorn but i didnt!
But afterwards he bought me a mango smoothie
and i couldnt resists. There my favorite.
But i guess thats like my treat for the weekend.
Today So far all i have ate is a chicken ceasar salad
I bought at Sam’s club also i drank some light lemonade.
Later on im probably going to eat sushi or
salad with beef.
This week im going to try really good
since i wasnt really focused last week.
New goal is to lose 5 more pounds by Thursday!
Hopefully i reach it.

Day 18 & 19

So yesterday and today I did pretty good.
Also I checked on the scale this morning and
lost 2 pounds! woooh ! so in total its 12 pounds.
This week really sucked since i slacked off
on Monday and Tuesday. But hopefully i do good
this weekend. I NEED to start exercising.
Why am i so lazy when it comes to that?
but lately i have been drinking alot of water!
So thats good.

Day 15,16 &17

Yea soo i have been really busy with school lately.
And its really starting to stress me out.
So when i stress out i eat.

Monday and Tuesday
I didnt do so good
I started to lose focus
I checked on the scale today
And im still the same weight
THANK GOD i didnt gain anything
Cause i really thought i did.
Well today was a different story
Now im back on track and focus.
And i did really good today.
So yea i ate about 800 cal.
I want to go run tomorrow morning.
Haha we will see how that goes.
