almost there! weighed 181.5 yesterday. I hope to reach 175 in 2 weeks!!!!!!
Eating fruit for breakfast and lunch, and working out 2-3 times a week. Getting on skates whenever I can. Seeing great results. My weight is 184 and waist measures 91 cm. Translated to inches shows that I’ve lost 2 inches from my waist. I hope to be at BMI (175) in one month!
Chiseling it down. got a tape measure the other day so I could keep better track. I’ll see more progress if I put more into my workouts, push myself to skate more, and stop being influenced to eat and drink crap!!!!!!
193 now. Joined LAFitness. Learned that building muscle burns more calories. I rollerblade 3 times a week and workout 3 times a week. I’ve been following the Belly-off plan by Men’s Health magazine online. It’s just been a week, but I feel great! I can tell something’s happening. I eat less, and am sore alot, but I’m making progress. The program is 7 weeks long, but I will go as long as it takes.
For the 3rd week, I’ve carried out a regimen of rollerblading 3x (5-12 miles each), Billy Blanks 3x, and stomach crunches. My last weigh-in was a disaster, just 1 lb. I hope the next is better. I’m going to take in more carbs. We’ll see how it goes.
Hit 200 and don’t really care too much. Girlfriend said she wants to start working out at home in a few days. That will be great.
