Ok, I’m almost halfway there. My goal has been to remain steady through the holidays and I’ve been pretty good. I’m going to kick it up a notch or two in January.

Decided I need to have somewhere to put my thoughts, so I’ve decided to start journaling about it here with people who are in the same situation. I started out at 158.6 and am now at 150.8. Ok, so some of that is because I was sick all day yesterday and still just not hungry, but I’m going to try to keep it off. Good job to everyone who is keeping good on their goals! I’m starting the couch to 5K program this week too. Wish me luck.
