down the drain 11 months ago

so, I had just gotten in to this really great routine and then school came yeaterday and bit me. I studied from 5.30 am till 5 pm yep, no interruptions or anything. I’m actually kirnd of proud of that, but anyway. Got home put on a dvd (Chinese of course), ate dinner, went for a walk, went to bed. I’m still a little sick and I need some rest so today I’m going straight home from Uni. (and study). On the positive side, my mornings seems to be getting better. up by 5 am second day in a row…

this is hard and ongoing work. Right now I done have the surplus energy, so I’ll just focus on individual things and habits..

and that’s why I want to get started on making a routine for every day of the week. At first only an outline and later on more specific

it’s 9.41 am. and so far all this has been done:

Get up at 5.30am (Get up as soon as the alarm clock goes off)
*Pull up the blind and open the window
*Make the bed (because it makes it so much better to come home.)
*Make green or white tea
*Get showered, do my hair, and make-up, put on hand cream, brush teeth .
*Get dressed
*Have breakfast

3,5 hours of study (at uni) 8-11.30
training (1-3 hours)

Prepare my study stuff for the next day

at odd times:
*Drink 2000ml of water
*read for half an hour
*File away my post
*Tidy up
*Take dirty cups and dishes down
*Pack my bag for the next day

Nutritious and healthy breakfast (AM)
Cleanse, tone and moisturise (AM/PM)
Put on hand cream (AM/PM)
Brush teeth twice daily (AM/PM)
Drink 2000ml of water (AM/PM)
read for half an hour
Get changed and hang up my clothes (PM)
Unpack my bag (PM)
Put away my things!!! (PM)
File away my post (PM)
4 hour of study (PM)
Tidy up (PM)
Take dirty cups and dishes down (PM)
Pack my bag for the next day (PM)
Prepare my study stuff for the next day (PM)
Make packed lunch (AM)
