I remember to strectch this morning but I didn’t get too far considering my back hurts more today than on Saturday when I first fell. But remembering, for me, is much more than half the battle.
I remember to strectch this morning but I didn’t get too far considering my back hurts more today than on Saturday when I first fell. But remembering, for me, is much more than half the battle.
This really shouldn’t be that hard but I just seem to forget it. It would give me a little more energy I think and I wouldn’t mind being all bendy either. Maybe I should get the ol’ yoga dvd out and in regular rotation… a half hour of that should def. cover a daily stretch. It’d also combat sore muscles and I have a few of those today.
