I read a few things recently about how much water your body really needs and of course all the sources have conflicting answers. From all I’ve read I’ve decided to drink 100 oz. daily plus a large glass of milk or juice with every meal. I have to drink 600mL every 3 hours… so far, so good! :)

I have a 591mL (what kind of size is THAT?) water bottle on my desk and I took a magic marker and wrote 4x on it. I took on FlyLady.net recently and drinking more water is a habit I am trying to get started there too. I really don’t enjoy drinking water at all but… it’s better for me, why not?
