Keeping a regular schedule is a pain in the arse 2 years ago

Yes, it’s tough. While I find mornings to be the best - what else would I do, sleep? - it’s been tough starting to get my girlfriend motivated to go with me at that time (she prefers the evenings). Adding the DST switch this week makes it seem even worse.

Alas, I’ve gone three times in the last four days, so I’d say that’s a marked improvement over the crap schedule I’ve had for the past few weeks.

Despite these setbacks, I have still managed to lose about 10 pounds since the start of the year. Go metabolism!

After working out for the past few weeks, I’ve recently seen progress, and I’m proud to report I’ve already lost 3 pounds.

Generally, I’ve been working out at least three times a week, if not more. I’m getting it going by waking at 6:00 or 6:30 AM and going straight to the gym upstairs.

Overall, seems to be working well…
