Yes, it’s tough. While I find mornings to be the best - what else would I do, sleep? - it’s been tough starting to get my girlfriend motivated to go with me at that time (she prefers the evenings). Adding the DST switch this week makes it seem even worse.
Alas, I’ve gone three times in the last four days, so I’d say that’s a marked improvement over the crap schedule I’ve had for the past few weeks.
Despite these setbacks, I have still managed to lose about 10 pounds since the start of the year. Go metabolism!
