so i need to loose weight… not that im over weight but because for ballet i need to be skinnier… but loosing weight is so easier said than done! i get all the exercise i need, the part that i need help on is not eating bad things… :) i try to keep my eye on the prize to keep me from wanting to eat the junk food that im constantly craving, but it doesn’t always work…
i just wanted to say that for anyone else who is struggling with this one… im right there with you, and know that your not alone, because this is really demanding of your mind and body! but stay strong, and im trying my best to be strong too!
