Getting back on track - slowly 2 years ago

I think about a year ago, I quit going to WW meetings and signed up for the online program. I figured that if I didn’t follow it, the monthly costs were lower. I always thought I would someday get back to it – but every day I didn’t eat well meant it was harder to do so.

Today I weighed myself for the first time since July, and was pleased to see that I only gained 4 pounds. I also started tracking today’s points. My immediate goal is to track at least 4 days this week. Eventually, I’ll work on improving what I eat, and getting more exercise.
