Not bad, not bad at all! I am slowly getting back to the 180s. I have learned that I lose a dress size about every 10 pounds. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for a little over a month now. So far so good.

I didn’t write down that I had gotten to 200 lbs, but I did. I actually have lost some weight. I joined Weight Watchers.
I have officially gained all of the weight that I lost a couple of years ago. I have been working out the past couple of weeks three times a week. I only work out for about 30 minutes though. I just added yoga this weekend. The tough challenge will be food changes. I seriously need to change my food culture to a more healthier lifestyle.
I may be pretty damn overweight, but at least I joined 24-hour fitness a couple of days ago.
I’m gaining like a mad woman! The holidays don’t help. I need to exercise and stop eating carbs! YIKES!!!
OK, so I am starting my diet soon. As soon as I get a job I’m going for it. I need stability in my life before I muster up enough discipline for weight loss.
