I’ve been able to get closer and closer to at least maintaining between 162-164. Not bad. Not bad.
Not too shabby. I need 16 lbs to go before I get down to 147! I am so thrilled. I’m actually losing weight like I should. Thank you Dr. Perricone!
I’m working on it. I’ve been doing yoga for the past two weeks (which has really helped my stress levels by the way). I’m drinking two Ensures and some low-carb bars for the next week—hopefully, it will kick start my metabolism. I eat way too much all of the time, and I need to eat things that have a lot of energy, with the right portions. My goal is to reach 145. That’s right people, I need to lose 25 lbs! Hey, it’s better than I used to be at 192 lbs. back when I first married Kris.
I was 170, but I lost 2 lbs. Go figure. I’m on a slimfast, Luna bar, and healthy meal diet. I’m doing yoga for my exercise.
I’m now 168, and that’s not cool. I’ve been stressed out and eating half-ass food. The good thing is that I have been jogging and lifting weights for over a month now, and the results are slowly coming in. I enjoy working out, and for the first time, I’m enjoying jogging thanks to my ipod Nano. As long as I keep my mind off of my heavy breathing when I jog, I can handle it. I’m about to add a new goal to my 43things.com account, and that’s to be able to jog 2 miles without stopping.
I finally managed to get back to the 150s again! YAY! I need to get down to 150. Wish me luck.
