I've Been Having Trouble With This One Too.... 3 years ago

I haven’t even made any fitness goals for like the last month, much less stuck to any of them. I just can’t seem to motivate on this one, especially now that the weather is getting cold. When I get a moment, I need to re-evaluate and make time for fitness. (Sigh…)



I've Been Sick For A While Now 3 years ago

and have gotten totally off track on thinking about my fitness goals, or any goals really. Once I am better, I will do better. Yikes, cold medicine.



This is My First Entry on This Goal 3 years ago

My goals are kind of wussy – I am just starting to exercise and I am trying not to overwhelm myself at the beginning.

I will do a minimum of 10 minutes of cardio exercise 3 days this week.
I will do a minimum of 10 minutes of stretching exercises 4 days this week.
I will drink a minimum of 32 ounces of water 7 days this week.
My personal goal this week is to keep my weight stable and accurately track food consumption and exercise.
