Progress here, and why I haven't posted in a while 11 months ago

On December the 23rd my computer crashed. I got a new hard drive a few weeks ago but it coincided with the new quarter starting. I’m taking 22 hours of class a week this quarter. Mostly though I’ve just been more distracted than busy, and that’s what’s kept me from posting here. I still have my goals in mind though =)

So, I bought a yoga book (“Yoga Bliss”) about a week ago, and i’ve been doing the exercises in there. I also borrowed a yoga dvd from my friend. It was pretty good, a 50 minute exercise I did yesterday and I’m definitely feeling the burn today still, or the stretch or whatever. I can feel it in the back of my legs (the hamstrings? i don’t know my muscle groups, haha) and my abs and my back and my arms and, well, everywhere lol. Anyway, I’m pretty good at most of the stretching things but my balance is poor. I’ll have to work on that.

Today I didn’t do yoga, I did a cardio dance workout focused on ab muscles. I was thinking giving myself a rest from yoga would be a good idea but now I’m thinking I should’ve done yoga and stretched instead of bouncing around and doing crunches. Oh well.
