requires me to write down current size, even though it’s painful. It’s actually not my waistline (which is 31.5 – not too bad), but a little bit lower down, across my bellybutton where I actually amass 38 inches. Ok – so you get to see it only so that I remember how much to lose.
2 weeks – down to 37.7- no diet, just exercise…
2 months – up to 38.6 – no diet, no exercise…
