shrimp stir fry for dinner, followed by a strawberry banana pinapple smoothie for my sweet tooth. YUMM!
easing myself back into a healthy rutine after a vacation of a non-stop eat-a-thon. I’m feeling better already with more fruits and veggies in me. Trying to respect that my body needs to MOVE and BUILD itself. Can’t wait to hop on my bike. Soon enough…
