well I started at 150, I am not 143.. IM on my way.. its pretty cool, IM eathing right. well trying too. I exercise mainly just walking. I enojoy that. but I lost 7 pounds so far I have 18 more to go. AT this current rate I should be 125 by the middle of july. so cool!

I did lose 25 pounds. and it was great…. it wasnt exactly all I wanted to lose, because to me I still had at leaste another 15 pounds to lose after that.

so yesterday, I started it again.. over the winter I was well a pig… I was lazy, I ate anything I wanted with out caring how greasy the food was. I did do that bad though, out of the 25 pounds I lost.. I only put 10 of it back on.

I hadnt noticed the weight being added on, but I took a pair of pants that were tight in the first place, but when I coudlnt get them past my hips.. I knew, I messed up. so….

here I am.. I have a goal to lose 25 pound. I got out my old imsofat spread sheet that has everything I did in it the first time. every food I ate, and every calorie I consumed, plus all the calories I burned by walking at lunch time, and walking after dinner…

So I figure if I follow it again… I can do it again.. only this time it should be easier, since I dont have to look up the calories.

Ok, this is day 46 of my altered eating and upped movtivation. And I am happy to report.. that I have lost 16 pounds.. thats right.. whoo hooo.. Im patting my own back… Basically I watch and count everything I put into my mouth.. unless its water Its counted. I even add calories to the food I lick off my finger (ok so thats extream.. but hey it counts) Plus its working…

anyway, thank god I see change or I may have given up. Now that im used to living this way its not as hard as it was in the beginning. I am so totally commited to reaching my goal. Though once I reach 25 pounds I will be going for this goal again. When i started this goal I only weighed 154 pounds but then I quit smoking and got up to 166 pounds.. So I sort of had to double this goal just to get where I want to be. But now that I dont smoke, and im over the whole stuff my face with everything thats eddiable, I can now lose the weight and i am.



finally found somthing that works for me. 3 years ago

Well its been a while since I posted here. Probably because I was dieting and starving myself.. well let me tell ya.. that didnt work and I didnt lose any weight. But I have found something that works for me. First I figured out how much food I can eat doing absolutely nothing. Then I took 700 calories off that, then I created a spread sheet and wrote down everything I ate, even if I licked it off my finger it counted. I started at 166 pounds, I am now 157 pounds, I have found that I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want cheese I have cheese if I want chocolate I eat it, I eat everything in moderation, I don’t drink pop, unless I have extra calories left at the end of the day.. but I usually just don’t because I love pop and then it makes water taste yucky. So I have this spread sheet that I put everything I eat into plus its calories.. then it automatically deducts them from the total I am allowed to eat. And I don’t go over. It must be working because I have lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks. Plus its super easy and I am almost never hungry. Ok sometimes I am hungry but that probably because its getting close to a meal time, the best part is I don’t crave anything because I eat what I want. I figure that depriving myself of the stuff I love.. just makes me binge eat it when no one is looking.

So here I am 1/3 on my way to my goal.

OH I forgot.. I walk.. and I walk alot. I love to walk, I walk 3 – 4 times a week, for at least 2 hours. Walking helps burn extra cals.. since im not eating 700 cals I only have to burn 300 extra cals a day.



Since I quit smoking I gained 10 pounds but.. IM finally over that "EAT EVERYTHING IN SITE" mode I can now work on the weight 3 years ago

OK, im over smoking… and I am no longer looking in the fridge for somthing to stuff in my face. its been 50 days since I quit smoking and its been 10 pounds later.

Well i have lost 4 of those pounds I put on from quiting. So hurra for me!. So i have a Treadmill and I walk 3 miles everyother day, and I diet.. food intake between 600 and 1200 cals per day. Yes IM hungry.. but If I dont do something I will never do anything. and hunger wont kill me. I have plenty of belly fat for my body to live on.

My goal.. to weight 125 pounds by May 1st, its my 1 year annaversary and I am going to see wicked and I want to look darn good when I go. People say you get fatter when you get married. I want to be skinnier after the first year.

So here’s to serious weight loss….

Quiting smoking has ruined my lose 25 pounds.. I still have to lose 25 pounds.. but I went out and got a tredmill.. and a pretty good diet plan so im not hungry… and im going to give it a try again.. I walked 4 miles my first day.. then 1.5 miles the next.. i took Sunday off. cause my shins hurt.. but I suppose thats because my legs arent used to running… soon I will be able to run with the best of them.. I just have to keep working at it.. being hungry really sucks.. so I chose foods low in calories so I can eat more foods from all the food groups with out starving that are still low in fat. I hope this works, summers coming really quick.



WEll im still fat 3 years ago

I stepped on the scale but its no use, I have been trying to watch what I eat, taking the dog for walks after dinner. I think though since I am trying to quit smoking, it may make it harder to lose weight. These have to be the two most hardest goals to get done.
Both require total dedication and lots of will power. Maybe its too soon to judge my success or failure. Maybe im just being too critical. Maybe I will join that new gym opening up by my work.

I know I dont want to be over weight anymore, and it doesnt help when the teenager daughter and her friends are around they are so skinny and I remember when I was that skinny after having 4 kids.

Sigh

I think the gym is a good start, since I cant just stand around I will have to use the machines, there is no fridge inside the place so I cant munch on food. and you cant smoke in there so thats a plus. Plus I know I will go, its location is so close, and it will cost me money and I hate wasting money.

So I will join tomorrow at lunch time

WEll I never eat breakfast.. so todays I have had:

1 cup of coffee cream and sugar
1 cup of hot chocolate
1 can of pop
1 DUM DUM sucker

baked potato with butter and sour cream
cesar salad

I really have to watch what I eat, because Quit smoking too and I dont want to get fatter.



Maybe wanting to loose weight wasnt a good idea around the holidays 3 years ago

OK,, sure lets lose weight right before thanks giving and before christmas dinner.. Not a good plan, But now that the holiday is over.. ITS TIME TO GET BUSY. I actually didnt put on any weight.. So that was good. But I didnt lose any either. so

I weigh 153..
if I loose 25 pound
that would make me 128 lbs

So I have to weight this by June.

So 25 pounds divided by 5 months means I have to lose 5 pounds a month. I had better get my lazy butt in gear.

This is my first entry, 4 years ago

Currently I weight 153 pounds. My goal is to lose 25 pounds to bring myself back down to a decent weight. I dont like looking in the mirror at the rolls. so I plan to update this once a week. I dont want to lose all the weight over night, because I dont want baggy skin. So my real goal is to lose 25 pound over the course of 6 months. I have a bikini that sits in my drawer collecting dust and I have a “wish Pair of Jeans” in the closet that i have held on to along with 1 dress with the tags still on it. that is my plan and im sticking to it.
