An unexpected picnic at the seaside. A white tablecloth and organic food.
Walking barefoot in the warm sand.
A ticket inspector who carried along a chart for crocheting lace.
A nap on a rainy day, sharing my bed with my cat.
The fresh air after the rain.
Socializing. I can do it, what a surprise!

She was a very good person
and I’ve had her for so long
and almost all that time I knew that she is so good
and she was happily married for 67 years (then my grandpa died)
and she called us “my little beans”
and now she feels no pain anymore
and the funeral is over
(and it wasn’t freezingly cold).
