From what I’ve gathered here, the city of Tromso, Norway, would be the best place to go see the aurora borealis. Unfortunately Norway is quite expensive, looks like it’ll cost me at least 230 euro’s to get there. Although I do have one connection in Norway… maybe I could visit!
