Good, but not great 2 years ago

I had gotten a lot better at consistently getting up when the clock goes off, but I have recently over the past week or so gone backwards a little. I have been working with some new programming technologies and staying up a little later, so it has been harder to wake up in the morning.

I have gotten much better at this over the past three or four weeks. I have to get up a lot earlier now, because I am carpooling with someone else. I believe the thought that someone else is depending on me sparks me in the morning and I get up when the alarm goes off normally now.

I slept about 8 hours last night and actually got up before my alarm went off by about 15 minutes.

I definitely know that I need to get to bed early to be able to get up with the alarm goes off. I did good this weekend. I had three days that I had 8+ hours of sleep and I was before or when the alarm went off. Today was not good. With less than 6 hours of sleep, I turned off the alarm a few times before having to rush out of bed and get to the doctor’s office. :(

I went the wrong way with this goal. I got my new Power Mac and I have been staying up very late, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

I was pretty good this past week. I had a couple of instances where I woke up before the alarm went off and I got on up. If I could only do that more often.

Got up when the clock went off this morning. Yippee! It then moved right into one of my other goals.

... yea… to get up when the clock goes off, I guess I need to start getting more sleep.
