How do you get motivated to exercise when it has not been in your vocabulary for quite a few years? ;-)
I have done so much walking and taking flights of stairs the past few days during our move. I have gotten more exercise over those two days than I have in the past two years. :)
I really need to make a committment to myself to exercise and lose some weight. I am 6’6” tall. I currently weight around 305 pounds, but even though I carry it pretty well at my height, I am really starting to know that I am carrying it around.
A few of the guys at work go to the gym at least three times a week during lunch. I need to hook up with them and start going to the gym as well.
I am so lazy. I have no motivation to exercise like I need to be doing in order to reach one of my other goals of losing weight. I have a very nice treadmill sitting in my living room that my wife and I bought about three months ago. I have used it only twice. Ridiculous!
I got up when the clock went off this morning and went straight for the treadmill before work. I ended up going 20 minutes. If I keep this up, I will not be hurting anymore like I was today.
I recently purchased a very nice treadmill for me and my wife. I have only used it once in two weeks. Someone needs to knock me over the head and wake me up! It doesn’t do the exercise for me.
