I always want to be a morning person, open my eyes in an energetic mood and fell beautiful all day.
I had problems with my sleeping routine. Now, i am doing it better. I used to wake up at 10:00, i wake up at 7:30 now.
I guess, i can reach this goal in 3 moths.
I can wake up at 7:00 for 3 days and have breakfast. This is a good start. When this routine became casual for me, i set my alarm clock 5 min. earlier.
The most difficult part of this goal is to wake up at 6:00.
But todays i can do this. So i have time to make up and have breakfast. I cannot follow only the dress sexy.
