im finding that before i go to bed instead of falling asleep to the t.v i try to fall asleep to positive thoughts and in a way i start to make my dreams up before i even fall asleep- its really relaxing- i dont think its really meditating but at least it makes me feel calm- i also use scented lavender which i sprinkle over my pillow for added effect
