when your worried i learnt a new trick… try lifting up the skin at the top of your noise in between your eyes… somehow it takes the weight of your eyes. it feels better

i tend to worry about the smallest things such as overdue library books which need to be returned. worring about submitting a piece of work… thinking i will forget to do it. the worst thing about it is it seems to really kick in at night. when im going to bed thats when all my thoughts start to race and i dont know how to calm down. im going to try to go to bed and have a nice warm cup of milk to help me fall asleep and some drops of lavender on my pillow. i cant wait for the day when i can go to bed and not have to do all these things. go to bed and not worry about my thoughts keeping me up!

for some reason i havent worried about anything the last week…. ive tried a new thing.. not thinking to hard… so far its working. it doesnt mean i put off things it just means i try not to beat myself up about things or stress out

i worry about silly things- where other people could let things go i have to anaylise every possible outcome of a situation. im tired of worrying if im doing the right thing all the time or if i forgot something- ive got to learn that i cant control everything and ive got to quiet my soul sometimes and give myself a break…. positive thoughts
