No naps! I haven’t taken a nap for 9 days, the longest stretch for 3 months. And nearly on a regular sleep schedule. Gradually getting up earlier so I can go to bed earlier. It’s working!

I’ve got a great thing going on this week. A friend of mine with a disability lost her regular ride to class and physical therapy for the week and I am subbing in. She has to be at school at varying early times in the morning and at various therapy/ rehab appointments at various times in the afternoon. And we like to go out and do fun things too.
This all means that I MUST get up early in the morning and don’t have time to nap in the afternoon. I may actually be developing a regular and healthy sleep schedule here. I just need to stick with it next week!

Laptops are a bad thing. They allow you to spend more time hanging out in bed. I am trying very hard not to take a nap right now…
