I am quite active Spring to Autumn, So doing all these things works in my life. The trick is to fit it in with my meditation practice and what order exercise first or meditate?
I can easily cycle to work – so that takes care of that one, I prefer not to exercise in the evening as I get home late a lot so I’m too tired. Training myself to get up a little earlier is the key here.
I also work doing Permaculture gardens and an allotment – so staying fit isn’t going to be an issue this year.
