I’ve been steadily looking after myself and enjoying the process
I regularly exercise now
Was out last night salsaing my head off
I do a lot of pilates called Supreme pilates and it is so good for stertching and toning me up, been doing aerobics, in form of salsa, dancing, step etc
When it gets a little warmer will cycle more (Can’t wait)
I’ve bought lots of body lotions/body butters and some new essential oils (I’m an aromatherapist) and I’ve been using them to pamper myself on a regular basis
My skin is responding I also regularly skin brush, so my body feels really soft
I had my hair cut, well got 7” chopped off and I like it a lot now
I’m sleeping better and use Sedona Method and reiki to chill out and let go of stuff, so I’m happy most of the time
I’ve also started doing acupressure techniques to improve my health from the inside out
