I’m starting to refine my goals so have a definite end. That way my goal is more constructive and achievable – and it gives me a reason to celebrate!
So for this one I am applying the 30 day rule. That way by the end of the 30 days it should be a natural habit. If it isn’t done in 30 days I’ve failed and I have to start again.
I’ve slowed down completely on this goal. There is good news though in that Ive noticed how terrible I feel when I am drinking less water so I feel more driven now.
Oddly I think I started drinking less when I bought 75cl bottles when I usually drink from 50cl. That sounds stupidly fussy but I find I just don’t feel comfortable drinking from the 75cl ones. I’m weird haha.
I’m well on my way to doing this – I naturally drink 1 litre now. Just need to get used that extra litre :D
