I used to play the viola and I didn’t think I loved it so much but I sometimes have these intense sense memories of playing and feeling the instrument vibrate and the sound and this is from, seven or so years ago. I miss that. But, I actually have a guitar but I don’t really have a good musical ear, hence the quitting of the viola (plus needing to buy an expensive instrument and my interest waning) and I want to learn to play it because I think it’s a part of being a good person…making music (at least for me) and I have tried, but my fingers hurt like hell and I just don’t get it.
But, maybe, on vacation I’ll dust it off and totally make everyone grouchy!
