up until Philly had a bunch of snow storms, I was walking every day and last summer started biking. I am so excited about biking this summer. I dance at home. Exercise is wonderful!

I know someone who told me that when she was growing up in the 70s, that every day she, her mother and 4 sisters would dance in their living room to disco records for 3 hours or more every day- the whole vibe being happy & giggling and FUN FUN FUN. This “ritual” went on for a good 10 years. No one was overweight, had health problems of any kind and there were no problems in their lives- LIFE WAS GOOD. I realize the positive energy generated by this daily happy ritual created good health and protection for this person, her sisters & mother. It was having a group of people that greatly increased the effectiveness of the exercise- they were doing a positive magical ritual without even knowing it.
Sadly, things changed in the family when the daily dance party stopped- weight problems, health problems, relationship & money problems surfaced. I guess this was bound to happen as the sisters left the mom’s home to create their own lives. When more than one person gathers to do something positive ( like dancing, meditating or praying, making music etc. etc)- miracles can and do occur for those involved.
Went and did a one hour workout this morning!
I now have my ipod shuffle and yesterday New Years Day, I went and bought Adidas work out pants. My athletic shoes suck but they will have to do. My goal is to start back up at the Y this week. I really want to get in shape and be fit- for my health- to lower my cholesterol and help improve my energy levels, help with my depression and also help create a stronger aura- I know this may sound silly but active people I notice tend to be also more resistant to bad/negative energy and psychic attacks- this is my observation as a psychic.
I already a mini ipod but just received the new tiny ipod shuffle which has a clip and is the size of a postage stamp. I bought some work out clothes and plan to get back into doing the public exercise thing even though I will be harassed by the guys at the gym ( which is why I stopped going). I plan on wearing special t shirts that will let them know I am not there to be ogled.
