Well, in 15 minutes I will be going for my first aqua aerobics class. I hope it will work out.

I had a doctor’s appointment today. I am at 169. I was at 199 a year ago so I have come a long way. My goal weight is 150, so I have 19 left to go. I have been right around 165-170 since the beginning of the summer so I am good a maintaining. Starting tomorrow(that is when I will be back at school and in complete control of my eating) I will try to eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. That is what I did to lose the first 30. I have been between 2000 and 2400 recently.
The holidays have hit and taken a large toll on this goal. Too many delictable desserts and scrumptous sides that I couldn’t help myself.
