This one is hard and it would be difficult to say “I’ve Done This” since it may be years before you find out that you shouldn’t have trusted a specific person. I need to trust more people lessly. I mean like find some people to trust somewhat and just don’t tell them my deepest secrets. At least until I trust them more? I just have a difficult time trusting people.
