Negative thinking and bad vibes 15 months ago

I have fantasies about getting into tifts with people. Can anyone relate? It’s like, I think about a bad situation, and then get worked up about it. And it never even happened! It’s a little bit crazy. I guess it’s like preparing for the worst, but it seems like you’re only focusing on the negative if you prepare for the worst.

So, as a result of this conflict fantasy, I start to have negative thoughts about the person I imagine I am arguing with which I probably carry vibes of when I see the person. So, now I’m giving bad vibes to someone and they’ll probably not like me for it.

It’s a bit like a self fulfilling prophecy.

I must work on attractive thinking. I’m not going to get into a tift!! We can all get along!!

I've been working 16 months ago

I think I’ve made some progress on this goal over the past few years, but I’ve kind of let that slide over the past few months. I think somewhere I lost my grounding and now that I’ve been without a job or a real life for a few months it’s starting to get depressing and lower my confidence a bit.

I think a positive self image is a really important part of being a positive person and I think the more I achieve my goals the more positive my self image will become.

Probably a good idea is to break down all the things a positive person would do and add those goals to my list as well. That way it will seem like I’m doing a lot more things, and hence improve my confidence levels. I think I probably already have some things on my list that will help me be more positive, like meditating everyday.

I believe everyone gives off an energy and this energy affects the moods and energies of those around you. I want my energy to be full of life and love.
