I’ve been able to hold this pose for about twenty seconds at a time. It’s come a long way from desperately clutching my ankle like a vulture (with the scars to show for it) while leaning against a wall.
My focus now is keeping my body tight, improving my kick up and back, and of course, locking my knee!
