ok… i started with 155
last week i was 145…
all the stress about the exams i had… now im 147. But im not giving up my goal!!! I’ll be very happy with 139, but 137, 136 is gonna be awesome! Need to stay focused… and of course, exercize!!!!!!!!!!

i lost 10 pounds and i want to loose some other 10
the things is i keep on trak of my diet and exercize, but after loosing 3 pounds i always get this feeling of eating all the time and some times is really hard to control it :)
that’s what happenned 10 days ago when i lost 3 pounds, and went all crazy about eating… i really tried to control myself but today i saw that i gained almost 2 pounds! actually it has to do with my anxiety, coz i’ll be doing some exams this weekend and i’ve been really tired to exercize after being so busy during the day and studing. I’m not sleeping well either. anyway… can’t wait to set an end to this phase… but it’s hard to control your eating habits when u r graduating and have so much to study and so many responsabilities in work.
starting weight: 70.3 kg i guess that’s around 155 pounds
my goal is around 136 pounds
