Well ive been on a health kick for the past two weeks and ive onl eaten chocolate in very small amounts twice in this time which is great for me!! i used to eat it everyday and i didnt want to cut it out compleatly because i want to still be able to enjoy it but rarther than a daily treat its now a weekly treat! i feel much better for it and i feel like i enjoy the chocolate more! im also loosing weight..well slowly but its still going! :D im hoping to keep this up until chirstmas (when your allowed to pig out and i wont feel bad about doing so!! lol) then i guess i will have to revert back to once a week!
