Day 13- L2D3

:S I didn’t do it again. This time it was because I walked for three hours and by the time I got back, my ankle was swollen and hurt really badly. The walk also put my cardio goals at way over what I had planned, and my meal planner is telling me to eat more. Don’t want to do that! So I will pick back up again Monday. I am not going to give up working out, but I don’t want to injure my ankle or knee by doing TOO much.
Fitness goals are always the hardest for me. I am not very athletic, and I struggle with exercise more than just about anything. I WILL get there, but it does tend to take me longer than the average person to do so.

Day 12- L2D2

I didn’t do it. I just didn’t want to. I’ve been so good lately that I decided to give myself a break. I met my cardio goal for the week, so I didn’t do it. :S

Day 11- L2D1

Well, I was completely out of breath and had to stop a couple of times, but it was a different kind of “feeling it” than it was on L1D1. My muscles aren’t jelly, but it certainly raised my pulse! I don’t know why I was so scared of it, haha. I am looking forward to working at this so I don’t have to stop and can finish strong. I will be quite proud of myself come day 10, I think. :)

Rest day. Ankle was VERY sore and I had just gotten a shot which REALLY hurt my arm and made me sleepy. I will try to resume today, but I am still sore, so we shall see! I am supposed to go up a level. For some strange reason, I am terrified, haha.

Almost done with level 1! Finished strong today, though I had to modify one move because my ankle is so sore! Icing it now.

Today was the first day I didn’t DREAD doing this, or kept my eye on the clock panting “Just 30 minutes” in my mind the whole time. I did it just like any other workout! Woohoo!
My legs, however, are QUITE sore! I think thanks to yesterday’s workout where I tried to start going deeper into the exercises. I went for just a little less impact today, and invested in my first tube of Icy Hot! :)

It is starting to get easier, though some of my joints are starting to ache a little. I went on a jog about an hour after I finished, and that helped. (A week ago, if you told me I would jog AND do this on the same day, I would have laughed, and I just did it on the same MORNING! Not only that, but I did it to make myself feel BETTER, not to torture myself!) Wheee! :)
