It will be my reward 23 months ago

I lost quite a bit of weight between 2004-2005, and have kept it off. Unfortunately, I have rather loose skin left over from weight loss and a liposuction (well worth it) done in 2000. This is a medium priority for me, as I’m not going to do it until my credit cards and my car are all paid off. I think it will take about $30K. However, I may consider going abroad for the work.
