I got a pedometer. My average low-activity pacing is around 4000 steps a day. I want to increase that to 5K per day for the next couple of days.

danced 30 minutes sat. night, walked 20 minutes uphill monday, going for a walk today in a short while.

I used to go up and down the stairs in the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia_Center but then, you know, lost that job. I then started working 7am-3:30 and exercised after work, but then I lost that job and work 8:30-5 now. And the last time I tried to go running, I had a big allergy attack from deeply breathing in pollen.
So I’m trying to be a bit more creative. There are a few trails right around here, and if I’m not too busy I can walk those anytime. I also have a rowing machine which needs to be put into use. So we’ll see.
