is to work on very concrete things, most of which are covered under “physical environment” and “money.” The “well-being” and “relationships” sections are too fuzzy to be fully confident about, I think. So I’ll work on those two.
I seem to always stay around the same number, i.e. just below 70. The things to work on, I think, are cleaning and organizing the house and car, consistently exercise three times a week, go to my dental appointment, get a new physical with all the requisite tests and drinking more water.

I owed a lot of money at UT-Austin, but I made a phone call and they forgave them all! Paying off things like this is one area I can do something about pretty quickly.

I just looked through this and see that I have made progress on it without thinking about it that much. Especially in terms of long-term financial planning. It feels good to realize I have accomplished something in a sea of things I feel bad about.

a far more reasonable goal than aiming for 100%. I don’t think I’m all that likely to give up sugar, but there are a lot of things on this list that I can see crossing off in the near future.
Today I scored 69. It varies a little depending on how harsh I am, but I think that it is a good approximate score.
