I’ve gained a bit too much since having my baby (no, not during the pregnancy, AFTER it…) and I’d like to get back to my old size and possibly a little bit under by the time we’re getting married in July 2008. I’d prefer a healthy pace so I want to start early. Any tips and encouragement would be brilliant! :)
