I graduate in one month! But I have a lot of work to do before then!

I seriously need to prepare for a presentation that is on Thursday! Of course, I would rather work on my wedding plans, and all of it seems pretty important. I just had a full two weeks of not going to class, and I am feeling pretty out-of-it. Need to get back on track.
I will be finished with the coursework for my masters in May. Then I have to do a field study/research project. I have decided to take the fall semester to prepare for it and actually conduct the study next spring (2009). I think it’s a good choice.
I love going to school! But I don’t love my professors this semester. I have no motivation to do any work for their classes, and can’t seem to get past it and just do it for myself. Because what mySELF wants to do right now is kick back a little, enjoy life. Work hard, but not TOO hard. I have enough to do at my job, and I also want to run, do yoga, cook, spin circles in the sunshine, plan my wedding, write thoughtful letters to friends. I’m having trouble wanting this right now, however, I’m nearly finished if I can just maintain stamina for a little while longer. Is it worth it?
I am asking, why did I decide to do this? I’m sure I will feel better in about 4 weeks when this semester is over (along with 2 FAT papers, and a group project). I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I have a lot of work to do and the rest of my “to do” list just won’t go away.
The good news is: I got an A in my summer class! The bad news is: Budget cuts mean that a class that I was really excited about was CANCELLED! I found another one to fill its place, but I hope that other one is offered in the Spring.
is finished and turned in, but it hurt. I seriously have to work on that procrastinating. Grades will come next week.
is the main focus of the day. Water and writing. Don’t get distracted. A couple of built-in breaks for lunch and a dog walk will be nice.
My research methods class started today. The professor is great, and I am excited about learning more about how to effectively move forward with my research. It sounds like this may be pretty intense though, since 15 weeks are crammed into 5.
