Too soon.

We lost the baby.

There’s nothing to be said or done, which I would expect, but I am shaken by how rough this actually is. Miscarriage was one of my wife’s largest fears that we now play out with weeping and mourning.

I know we will want that again, work for that again, try again, but now there is only loss.
