there is a 5k walk around the lake to raise awareness for heart disease on the weekend of the 23rd. I am sure that if I start walking 3 miles a day now that will be plenty of training. I am not that unhealthy! Starting tonight.

I know it is good for me, that it will make me feel better about myself, give me more energy… so why cant i get up off my ass and do it. I always say, “i will start on Monday.”, “Next week I will change”. Well, today is all i have, and today is my time to change. i hope this is a good start, connecting with others who have similar goals.
