I’m going to crack on with this one now. My step dad has kind of bet me 100 quid, actually maybe he’s more incentivised me seeing as i dont have to give him £100 if i dont lose a stone. Surely this might motivate me?

well i feel a bit lighter but my mums scales say otherwise. I definitely weigh less than i did when i started with this goal but the trouble is i don’t exactly know how much i did weigh! Damn!

I have sort of decided a (random) weight i think i should get to as a vague goal, but i am so not publicising it on the internet! Oh no! I dont really do diets, i do chocolate.

in weight! My 2 year old daughter loves stones and pebbles, it would be easy to lose an actual stone but i want to lose a stone in weight. I dont even know how many pounds that is!
