I’ve done this a few times in the last month, with and without the kids. We’ve loved laying in the grass and watching the clouds. And so far, touch wood, no one’s ended up covered in poo. I’m not ticking this off cos i want to keep doing it.

that time of year 19 months ago

It’s come round to the time of year when all you want to do is lay in the grass and watch clouds for a bit, well, that and DATE A HUNK. Anyway, i’m prioritising this for this weekend, weather permitting, as i will be temporarily free of the little people who usually distract me from the clouds.

went to the zoo last week and we had a picnic on a blue blanket. i lay on the blue blanket with my daughters and looked at the clouds. the blanket was necessary cos there was goose poo all over, still, its got to be preferable eh?

Gonna try the grass next time!
